Therapy Matters has a proud history of supporting staff to seek employment that meets with their needs. Over the years we have assisted staff from a range of backgrounds to achieve job satisfaction and a suitable work-life balance within a family-friendly workplace.

Our associate speech pathologists have included: staff returning from short and long term maternity leave periods, breast feeding staff, staff wishing to expand their clinic skills into new areas, staff returning to work after periods of study leave and staff wishing to combine private practice work with other part-time public sector positions.

Our ClientsOur Clients

Therapy Matters is predominantly a paediatric private practice although scope exists for occasional adult consultations as referrals arise. Our caseload covers a range of communication disorders from:

  • infants with feeding difficulties,
  • late talking toddlers,
  • children and adolescents with speech and language difficulties,
  • primary and high school students with literacy and other learning difficulties and
  • children with disabilities (particularly autism spectrum disorders).


Services are provided at the clinic, in local schools and through initiatives such as:
