What’s your favourite toy?

“My favourite therapy toy is “Windy Knickers” as it is always such a joy to play with children. I love the sound effects that go with the toy and the enjoyment each client has when granny flies off the line with all manner of clothes flying off with her. There is always a level of suspense as no one knows when granny will fly off and lose all her washing. I find that children are always most excited to play this game because they haven’t seen it before, making it even more fun.”

“Apart from the humour of this game, it is great to work on a range of therapy targets such as verb tense, speech sounds, turn taking, location words, and creating sentences. No wonder everyone loves granny!”
