Ingrid is one of our talented Client Services Team who works Mondays – Tuesdays on our reception desk supporting families with their queries. Ingrid has a great passion for working with people and helping them live the best lives they can. Ingrid has over 18 years’ experience in Administration working in the Health Sector, Education, and Professional Membership Organisations.

Ingrid is an empathetic, kind, caring and courteous person. She supported her daughter through speech therapy for several years and this has given her the ability to understand the needs and perspectives of both children and families in their own speech therapy journey.

    What’s your favourite toy?

    “I chose this musical seahorse because it holds precious family memories. It was the last toy my Nanny was able to buy for my son before she passed, so it always fondly reminds me of her. When I press its belly and the music starts to play, it automatically takes me back to when my son was a baby and my husband and I would play this every night for him before he went to sleep. It was that time at the end of the day when we could be together as a new family of three relaxing and enjoying time together.
