These SUMMER holidays our Therapy Matters clients have the opportunity to attend full day group Community COINS sessions.
These programs will be delivered by our therapy assistants (with speech pathologist supervision where needed). They will run from 9am-4pm each day (with before 8-9am and after 4-5pm options available)
What will the day involve?
- Harry Potter craft and potion making
- Watch Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone Movie together
What are the goals of the group?
- Being social in the community
- Connecting with like-minded peers
- Navigation and problem solving skills
- Conversing and communicating in a group setting
- Build friendships and connect with like-minded peers
- Develop teamwork & negotiation skills
- Embrace strengths and self-advocacy skills.
