About the Role

We are seeking an experienced clinician keen to explore a part-time or a full-time position. While the role is flexible and can be tailored to a clinician’s preferences, clinicians with diverse paediatric interests across early childhood, school aged and disability fields would be welcome. The position could include work at our West Burleigh and/or Murwillumbah clinics. Full-day work opportunities in local private schools are also available. We delight in designing bespoke caseloads to fit the clinician and their needs.

About you

You will have a genuine desire to make a difference for your clients and your colleagues to lead happy, fulfilled, connected and communicative lives. You’ll connect with our team if you are a kind and compassionate soul who loves cafes and dogs (although non-dog owners of course are welcome). Wordsmiths who love playing and musing over words and their impact are also welcome (being able to craft a covering letter with door analogies a bonus).

We’d love you to have

  • 2+ years experience providing a range of assessments and therapy approaches for children and adolescents with speech, -language, literacy and fluency difficulties and children with disabilities.
  • Knowledge and skills in supporting children with disabilities and their families within strengths-based, family-centred practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and self-leadership skills
