Colette is the kind, caring and helpful Client Services Manager that leads our Client Services Team with exemplary customer service, empathy and efficiency. Colette has a talented knack for solving any problem (or puzzle) with calmness and grace. Colette comes to Therapy Matters after working extensively in Australia and New Zealand fulfilling roles in the Hospitality and Mining Sectors. Colette understands the joys and challenges of parenting and she is always welcoming of the big and little people that come to Therapy Matters seeking help.

Colette has the lived experience of parenting a child with a disability who has complex communication needs. She looks forward to using that experience to support, understand and help the children and families that seek a service from Therapy Matters.
